These Terms of Use apply to manetconsulting.com and to the online scheduling and text-messaging features MANET Consulting LLC ("MANET Consulting," "we," "us") provides. By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Consulting engagements are governed by the separate written agreement signed for each engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Website and scheduling

The information on this website is general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, tax, or financial advice. Booking a Fit Call does not create a consulting engagement. You agree to give accurate contact information when you book.

Fit Call booking and payment

Fit Calls must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Need a different time? Reschedule at least 24 hours before your call and your full $75 carries over. If you cancel at least 24 hours ahead, we'll refund $37.50 (half of your payment) to your original payment method. We process refunds within 2 business days; depending on your bank, it typically appears on your statement 5-10 business days after that. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the call, and missed meetings, are not refunded.

Text messaging program

• Program: MANET Consulting appointment texts.
• Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages.
• What you'll receive: If you check the optional text-message box when booking, we will send one scheduled reminder per booked appointment to the mobile number you provide, plus replies to messages you send us about that appointment.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and your messages to us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out of appointment texts. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. To request re-enrollment, reply START. Appointment reminders require an active opt-in.
• Help: Reply HELP, email blogue@manetconsulting.com, or call (904) 257-6850.
• Consent: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking or purchase.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy at https://manetconsulting.com/privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed.
